Return Policy:

UNOPENED ITEMS

Full refunds will be granted for all unopened products that are returned within 30 days after the original shipping date.

WARRANTY

All of our hardware wallets are under warranty. If a device is defective or stops working from proper use it can be returned for a full refund, as long at is in within the warranty period.

Trezor and Ledger warranties are two years from the original purchase date.

OPENED HARDWARE

Our security policy compels us to only sell hardware wallets that are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. Therefore we are not able to resell used or opened products and we can not give refunds for hardware wallets that are opened or used.

OPENED APPAREL

Apparel can be returned within 30 days as long as tags are not removed.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

Simply contact us at support@thecryptomerchant.com

Give us your order number and tell us that you would like to return your item. We will then send you a prepaid label. Drop off the item with the prepaid label at your nearest USPS.

If you would like to use a different shipping method, you can print out your original order confirmation email and mail your product back to us. Make sure to properly label, protect and insure your returned product, as The Crypto Merchant is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We will not be able to process your return without your order number and order confirmation email. Simply mail your product to:

How soon will I get my refund?

We will process your return as soon as we get your item back and complete an inspection of its condition. A credit will be applied on the original method of payment, within 3 business days of receiving your return shipment.
