What's the main difference between Trezor Model T and other wallets?
Trezor Model T is the only wallet available that uses a touchscreen for verification instead of two buttons.
Your pin, recovery seed and passphrase are entered exclusively on the device and not on your computer screen. This is a critical security improvement, because it removed a point of possible failure in the system (a hacker or third party spying on your computer screen). Model T also comes with a built in USB-C connector for secure mobile access, and a micro SD card slot for data encryption.
Can I import coins from my Trezor One to my Trezor Model T?
Yes. This is done by importing your 12,18 or 24 word recovery seed from a Trezor One to your Model T. Both devices will then have the same wallet, with the same coins and balances. All Bitcoin, Ethereum, and altcoin addresses will be preserved. You can also import the recovery passphrase from an old wallet to your Trezor Model T.

Model T is the best invention since Ford made one!
Like the car was regarded as the first affordable automobile, that made car travel available to middle-class Americans, so the wallet is to Crypto collectors. The interface is very intuitive and provides an experience that minimizes some of the complexity of moving your assets safely. Haptic response could be better and revisions need to be made in the software to make connectivity a bit more accurate; quite often (while connected to my laptop and looking in Exodus) a prompt shows device as not connected. I was able to determine that this is not correct and in fact, it is. Of course when you are considering safety of assets, something like this can really throw one for a loop. But I have learned to ignore that. There are other challenges to the touchscreen where it can fail to register an action... regardless, I still think its the best device on the market for my needs and I have recommended it to a bunch of people. CM... you guys are awesome... having provided me an awesome buying experience in light of how difficult these are to secure. Job well done.

Buy Trezor, Don’t Buy Ledger!!!
Trezor is open source and has the most competent team in the crypto hardware wallet game. Ledger is closed source and clueless. Read the security disclosures on trezor.io where they talk about all the vulnerabilities that have ever affected Trezor devices and how they fixed them. No other hardware wallet company provides this kind of transparency. Trezor actively works with the security researchers who have hacked Trezor devices to quickly implement fixes and prevent future vulnerabilities. Here’s the thing about the Trezor hacks though: if you use the Hidden Wallet feature where you can use a password with your wallet, also known as the 25th seed word, you are totally protected from any vulnerability that has ever affected Trezor (phishing attacks not included since that is entirely up to the user to detect and avoid). Buy the Trezor Model T, not the Trezor One. Security is better with the touchscreen. DYOR but know that Trezor is the best choice. Purchase with confidence my friends, Trezor is the way to go.
Outstanding customer service
I received a defective Trezor. They shipped a replacement the next day, no hassle and no need to return. I had trouble setting up the replacement. Sent an email. The next day I got an answer and Gabe called me and walked me through the process. The only company I will buy wallets from. And, they are the authorized distributors. A LOT OF MERCHANTS ON AMAZON ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. Cannot recommend The Crypto Merchant highly enough!

I originally wanted to buy a Ledger nano x but looked into trezor and find them more transparent than Ledger about issues and quick to fix issues, so I bought the Model T, shipping was quick and the wallet actually is pretty good and links with Exodus wallet for easy coin management. I am recommending Trezor to anyone who is interested in crypto and would buy from The Crypto Merchant again.
